Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Vizionstudio to any client (“you”) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By working with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We offer the following services:
- WordPress website design & development
- Logo & visual identity design
- Graphic design services
- Market and user research
A detailed scope of work will be defined in your quote or project agreement.
2. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in DKK (Danish Krone) and are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit of 50% is required to begin work on most projects.
- The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery, before files or access are handed over.
- Payments must be made via bank transfer or MobilePay within 7 days of invoice.
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee and delay delivery.
3. Revisions
- Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions will be charged at our standard hourly rate (e.g. 500 DKK/hour).
- Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery to be included.
4. Timeline & Delays
- Estimated timelines are provided in the project plan.
- Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or scope changes may extend the delivery timeline.
- We are not liable for delays caused by external tools (hosting providers, plugins, etc.).
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- If you cancel before work begins, your deposit is refundable.
- If the project has already started, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel after 50% or more of the work is complete, you may be billed for the completed portion.
- No refunds are issued once the final deliverables are approved and sent.
6. Scope & Extra Work
- Only work specifically listed in your quote or package is included.
- Additional requests (pages, features, designs, research) will be billed separately. You will be informed and must approve any extra cost in advance.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide all required content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner
- Review and approve work within 5 business days unless agreed otherwise
- Ensure you have rights to any materials (images, text, branding) you provide
8. Intellectual Property & Usage
- Final designs and website files become your property after full payment.
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media.
- Research reports and design files may not be resold, sublicensed, or reused for other clients unless agreed.
9. Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared between both parties will be kept private and not disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or opportunities caused by delays or technical issues
- Content or functionality dependent on third-party services (e.g., WordPress plugins, email providers, hosting)
- Any indirect or incidental damages
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Danish law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Denmark.
